I’ve been counseling children and parents for over 15 years. I specialize in supporting women through the life stages of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting challenges, as well as women with anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma. As a licensed therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing space to share your story and struggles. Having extensive experience counseling children, I can also help parents better understand their children’s difficulties and needs. My goal is to help women heal unresolved past traumas and feel supported in their motherhood journey.
I’ve had the privilege of working with women in all seasons of life who have anxiety, depression, and unresolved childhood trauma that often resurfaces once we have our own children. I help new parents adjust to their new identity of being a parent, and balancing the pressures of career, relationships, and personal well-being.
