I will work with that part of you that does not want to change. If you are willing I believe that I can help you and your partner/spouse figure out how you get stuck and how you can get back to the relationship you once had and better! I also focus on healing developmental trauma and other traumatic events in their lives.
Working with couples is dynamic. I aim to figure out precisely what is getting in the way, telling the truth of the problem, and facilitating skillful means to achieve relational intimacy - the thing that all couples need. I also work to heal relational trauma wounds stemming from dysfunctional family systems.
I am part of the 10% of therapists who have specialized training in couples therapy. I also have extensive experience working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, toxic work environments, and codependence. I will work with you toward a more connected and richer life.
