I bring nearly 20 years of private practice experience working with adults of all genders who are ready to resolve long-standing trauma, internalized negative messages, and patterns that no longer serve them. My work is also focused on women and older adolescents navigating womanhood in a fast-paced, demanding world—those who carry a lot, achieve a lot, and are quietly exhausted by it all.
This is not passive therapy. We hit the ground running from day one. Many of my clients come to me after trying therapy before and it not creating lasting change and are looking for meaningful work over venting in circles.
I take an active and challenging therapeutic approach utilizing my 1000s of therapeutic data points. I meld many modalities: EMDR, Internal Family Systems and coaching to tap into the small and large ways traumas, significant events and historic negative, nagging beliefs hold clients back. I serve as an expert witness, professor and corporate speaker.
