About
With many twists and turns these days, new crisis, and changing cultural climate, it is important to feel heard and validated. I would like to offer telehealth or in-person sessions to individuals in order to assist you in processing these concerns as well as other needs, struggles, and insights you may be faced with. It is important to me that you feel welcomed and heard. I hope to help you with your journey.
As a therapist, I strive to provide a comfortable, non-judgemental space for individuals to process the stressors. I work hard to provide compassionate responses that will help individuals explore, grow, and feel that their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs are validated, heard, and respected.
I believe that my ability to listen with empathy and compassion while keeping an open mind will allow me to assist you in your challenges and struggles. We all deserve to be happy and I would like to assist you in identifying the changes you would like to make and helping you on your path to wellness and healthy living.
