About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing telehealth (phone, video) therapy in Massachusetts and New York. I work with young adults (18-30), couples, families, and older adults (65+) for challenges related to mood (depression and anxiety), relationship and identity changes, and challenges stemming from neurological conditions such as concussion, traumatic brain injuries, and stroke. I am also a researcher within the Harvard Medical School system, and started my private practice to more flexibly deliver evidence-based approaches and share the latest science on what can help live well and navigate stressors effectively.
I specialize in mindfulness and acceptance-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for depression, anxiety, and life stress. I also have specialty expertise working with couples and families after stressful medical events, and LGBTQ+ individuals focused on identity and relationship changes.
I strive to create a safe and collaborative therapy environment that is tailored to specific needs. It is my goal to listen carefully and work with you to find an approach that is the consistent with your values and goals for therapy. Together, we can navigate life's the highs and lows and help you move forward positively and achieve your goals.
