I am passionate about working with teens and young adults to find freedom from eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, as well as healing from church trauma and reconciling one's sexuality/gender identity with their faith. Sessions are tailored to each client's individual needs by utilizing multiple therapeutic approaches to help meet their therapy goals.
