Hello, and welcome. I have nearly 10 years of experience as a therapist and over 20 years in social work, with a background in child welfare, dependency, and delinquency. I specialize in trauma treatment using EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT to help individuals reduce anxiety, process past experiences, and regain a sense of stability and control.
