I use a combination of trauma therapy techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), parts language (Internal Family Systems-informed) and somatic techniques in this work. I take a holistic approach, which means we listen to and tend to your whole self, body, mind and spirit.
