I have experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families facing challenges associated with anxiety, depression/suicidal ideations, trauma, relationship distress, infidelity, and grief/loss. I'm trained in Sand Tray, Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Prepare/Enrich assessments, and treatment for personality disorders.
