I specialize in helping people strengthen their relationships, adapt to life transitions, and heal from past traumas / abuse. Also, I provide parent coaching, and support families struggling with emotional / behavioral difficulties. I utilize an eclectic, humanistic, and client-centered approach to therapy that is attachment-based and trauma-informed.
