I work with people who are struggling with adulting, anxiety and depression, relationship hardships, self esteem, and traumatic experiences. I understand that asking for help can be a hard first step, and I offer a free consultation and a soft place to land.
I come from the approach that our relationship is the most important aspect of our work together.
On the foundation of a safe and healing relationship, I hope to guide you towards healing in yourself and also provide you with new tools to manage life's difficulties.
I am trained to use EMDR, and I use an eclectic variety of other tools from somatic therapy, IFS, and more.
At the core of my beliefs is that healing is for everyone and therapy is for anyone. No matter where you find yourself, be it at rock bottom, in a dark place, or simply in need of someone to listen, this could be for you.
