I work with people who are struggling with traumatic experiences, anxiety and depression, relationship hardships, self esteem, and adulting. I understand that asking for help can be a hard first step, and I offer a free consultation and a soft place to land. On the foundation of a safe and healing relationship, I hope to guide you towards healing in yourself and also provide you with new tools to manage life's difficulties.

I am trained to use EMDR, and I use an eclectic variety of other tools from somatic therapy, IFS, and more.
