I am Sarah Ansari (LPC 008061) in the state of Georgia. I work with the 13-year-old and older population. I am originally from South Asia and have been in practice since 2013. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults. I am more person-centered as I work with the client and provide individual/family counseling. I am an eclectic therapist based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults (13 and up). I am LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and client-centered person.
I work with clients to provide them with a safe, empathetic environment where they can understand their presenting issues/problems. Clients also will have an opportunity to learn and implement positive coping skills to improve the quality of their life. I attempt to make the clients feel comfortable and build rapport/trust with them.
