Are you struggling to find healing by your own means? That’s what makes therapy so valuable: the gift of community is a strong source of healing. We were not made to heal on our own, and I have often found that the strength and perspectives of another are the catalyst for change. I value an empathetic approach, as well as one informed by what psychology has to offer us. I often work from a CBT lens, an evidence based treatment, while integrating faith-based values work to create an atmosphere that produces growth mind, body, and soul.
My experiences within a private practice setting geared towards caring for the needs of women have allowed me to work with a variety of challenges facing females today, such as body image, work-life balance, identity questions, and relational struggles. I have provided clinical services to children, teens, and adults, advocating for holistic wellbeing.
While stepping into treatment can be an intimidating thing, therapy is about empathy and building a solid connection in order to produce growth. This time is about strengthening and empowering- and I would be honored to come alongside you in that process.
