I use an integrated approach to therapy, which includes techniques and modalities from different theories to best suit each of my client's needs. I primarily utilize person-centered, CBT, and motivational interviewing in sessions with clients. It is important to me to approach my client's issues from their perspective. I am also trained in EMDR.
