I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful cycles and are ready to do the deeper, consistent work needed to create meaningful and lasting change. Many are navigating anxiety, childhood trauma, conflict, life transitions, or longing for genuine connection and understanding. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic, Gottman and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients slow down patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools for regulation and communication. Together, we create a safe space to strengthen bonds, increase resilience, and move toward more secure, fulfilling relationships.
It can be hard to hope that things can get better. I'll help couples access vulnerable emotions in a safe way to feel closer to each other. Partners begin to trust again and see each other as allies. In individual sessions I help clients better understand and manage intense emotions, reduce reactivity, and navigate relationships more effectively.
