You don’t have to carry everything on your own. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. They have a tendency to wear a mask, pretending everything is okay, when on the inside there is a storm of thoughts and emotions limiting their ability to be their best self. I have over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples and families through challenging times. I am here to help you find relief, improve self awareness/insight and influence growth and change in your life.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I use narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness practices and self-regulating techniques to help others relieve sysmtoms of anxiety, depression, substance use, unhealed trauma and unhealthy relationship patterns including narcissistic abuse.
I strive to create a space where you feel safe to speak openly and honestly, without fear of being misunderstood or judged. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, understand the root of what you’re experiencing, and begin making meaningful, lasting changes. Seeking support takes courage.
