I am a licensed clinical social worker, a board-approved supervisor, and a qualified mental health professional. I am also a vetted DFW First Responder Provider. Starting therapy can be scary and hard, but I hope to empower my clients to learn the skills to cope and navigate their ship. While I can work competently with people of all ages, my specialties are pediatrics, adolescents, and young adults, Utilizing play and expressive arts is something I love to incorporate into my sessions. I enjoy aiding my clients through healing so they can continue to live a productive life. Come as you are, all are welcome here.

I utilize an array of therapeutic modalities such as Person/Client Centered, Solution Focused, Strengths Based, and DBT. Our minds are resilient, and I believe we can continue to learn and grow.
