I treat the following areas; EMDR, trauma, military veterans, first responders, child loss, grief, and maternal mental health.
I specialize in maternal mental health; including the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and perinatal loss. Whether you're a new parent overwhelmed by unexpected emotions, or someone grieving the loss of a hoped-for future, I walk alongside you with empathy and understanding. I am also trainsed in EMDR and trauma-informed care.
