Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward healing and personal growth.
As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs and goals. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process, and I value creating an open and trusting environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
I am currently working toward advanced training and certifications in trauma-informed care and play therapy to further support clients across the lifespan.
