I believe in mindfulness and trauma-informed therapies, drawing on CBT, ACT, and Humanistic Psychology. I also hold a certificate in sex therapy from the University of Michigan's Sexual Health program. My clients come to me for a variety of reasons, but most want to know that its okay to talk about sex in therapy. LGBTQIA+, Kink, and PolyAm affirming.
