I work with individuals aged 16 and older. I utilize CBT which focuses on reframing our thoughts to alter emotions and behaviors into a more productive state. I offer Brainspotting to help process trauma and overcome unhelpful behavioral patterns. I practice an eclectic treatment modality that we will determine together based upon your personal needs.
In addition to the therapeutic work we will do together, I believe in a holistic approach encompassing nutrition, exercise, and interpersonal connection to achieve optimal wellbeing. Let's work together to build a life you'll enjoy.
