We can have difficulties navigating through life after experiencing a traumatic event. At times, we can feel numb, anxious, depressed or unable to regulate our emotions. For parents, it can be overwhelming for children dealing with behavioral issues and/or emotional problems. You are not alone! Here at Helping Hands, clients experience trauma healing and transformation through the word of God. I guide my clients by navigating them to past experiences and to identify how these traumas still show up in their life. During this process, I empower my clients to receive healing through Christ Jesus.
My counseling modalities are Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play therapy. I work with children and adolescents with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD, Depression, Emotional Dysregulation and oppositional defiant/ behavioral issues. I work with adult only women with Emotional Dysregulation, Childhood Trauma and Depression.
