We can have difficulties after experiencing a traumatic event. At times, we can feel numb, anxious, depressed or unable to regulate our emotions while navigating through life. For parents, it can be overwhelming for children dealing with behavioral issues and/or emotional problems. You are not alone! Here at Helping Hands, clients experience trauma healing through the word of God. I empower my clients by navigating them through their past traumas and help my clients identify how these traumas are still showing up in their life. During this process, I guide my clients to receive healing through Christ Jesus.
My counseling modalities are Christian based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play therapy. I work with children and adolescents with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, and oppositional defiant/ behavioral issues. I work with adults (females only) with unresolved childhood trauma and depression.
