Have you spent so much energy adapting, accommodating, caring for others, or simply trying to get through each day that you've become disconnected from yourself?
Maybe you've spent years trying to hold everything together while putting everyone else's needs before your own. Somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with what you need, what you feel, or even who you are.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can be a space to pause and reconnect with yourself.
I believe you deserve to feel seen, heard, and understood for who you are—not just for what you do for others.
I offer space to slow down and understand your experiences, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion. Together, we'll explore what you've been carrying, develop tools to support meaningful change, and create a life that fits your needs.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to carrying everything on your own. You don't have to do it alone. I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are—without judgment, pressure, or expectations. If my approach resonates with you, I'd love to connect and see whether we're a good fit.

Your Next Chapter - Virtual Young Adult Group
A trauma-sensitive, neuro-affirming group for young adults ages 18–35 who identify as women or were socialized as female and are seeking stability, support, and emotional growth. Over 8 weeks, we’ll explore identity, managing responsibilities, building healthy relationships, and setting goals. This time-limited group will support those navigating current or past relational stressors with family and/or partners. This is not a trauma-processing group, but offers a welcoming, trauma-informed space for those with experiences of complex or relational trauma. Interested in joining? Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more and determine fit.
