Hey! You’ve likely arrived here because you’ve been in a dark place and might be ready for a change. You’re tired of carrying around the burden of your trauma, anxiety, or the weight of your substance use or secret addiction. Or you’re concerned about a loved one’s unhealthy behaviors. Maybe you feel ashamed and alone but the fear of being judged is finally being outweighed by the possibility that things could be better. Life is really hard, but we can do hard things with support. How I can help: •We can collaborate if you have ever had substance use concerns or addictive behaviors - past or present, in recovery or ongoing.
I'm supportive of all recovery modalities (12-Step, SMART) and strategies that work for you. (We can figure it out together if you're overwhelmed.) •You will be supported if you are LGBTQ+. All gender identities are welcome and valued. •We can use EMDR/PE to reprocess and heal trauma and shame. I am also trained in ERP. Teens and young adults are welcome.
I serve all of California in person and via telehealth working with the Center for Motivation and Change to provide highly individualized addiction, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and general therapy to clients or their loved ones. Creating a culturally-aware and non-judgmental space is a priority. I am EMDR Certified and trained in CRAFT and Invitation to Change.
