Hi, there! I can help you with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, and relationships. Learning to take better care of yourself is valuable and necessary. We'll complete an assessment, create a treatment plan together, and get you where you want to be! Florida patients can be seen in-person or via telehealth. Illinois patients are telehealth only.
I have the most experience treating trauma and all the symptoms it creates: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addictions, physical pain/illness, and relationship concerns. I also have extensive experience treating first responders and challenging/stubborn cases of feeling "stuck" with psychological symptoms you don't want to have.
Starting therapy is difficult, but so is finding a new therapist. Please feel free to contact me and we'll talk about what you need. I work in Florida (in-person/telehealth) and Illinois (telehealth only). EMDR is available online and in-person.

Psychology education group about mental health topics relevant to your career. We will review how human illness, death, suffering, stupidity, and property destruction exposures affect the human psyche, and how you can cope better with these experiences. We may also discuss vicarious trauma, Post-traumatic stress disorder, compassion fatigue, burnout, and how some of the politics and b.s. of the job may cause overwhelming stress (and how to use distress tolerance, emotion management, and mindfulness to get you through)!
