Hi, there! I can help you with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, and relationships. Learning to take better care of yourself is valuable and necessary. We'll complete an assessment, create a treatment plan together, and get you where you want to be! Florida patients can be seen in-person or via telehealth. Illinois patients are telehealth only. EMDR can be done in-person or online.
I have the most experience treating trauma and all the symptoms it creates: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addictions, physical pain/illness, and relationship concerns. I also have extensive experience treating first responders and challenging/stubborn cases of feeling "stuck" with psychological symptoms you don't want to have.
Starting therapy is difficult but so is finding a new therapist. Please feel free to contact me and we'll talk about what you need.
