I am a psychologist working in my group practice with a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. I work with adults in individual therapy, as well as in couples therapy. I have particular expertise in working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and poor self-image.
My primary therapeutic approach in working with my clients is exploring both the emotional and cognitive barriers to attaining their goals. I often work with my clients to strengthen self-image by learning good self-care, and setting healthy emotional boundaries with others.
I focus my work with clients on current stressors or difficulties, changing certain thoughts and beliefs necessary to make desired life improvements.
