Hi! My name is Sarah and I'm here to help. Life experience has taught me that even the smallest action can make a meaningful difference, and at times, the only thing we truly have control over is our perspective. I work with individuals needing space to work through barriers to personal growth and cope with short & long term life stressors. Person-centered ("talk therapy") is my main approach, coupled with Cognitive-Behavioral & Motivational Interviewing techniques to facilitate the change process.
