Hi! My name is Sarafina (she/her). I work with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is person-centered and wellness-focused. I strive to create a supportive space for clients to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges. Many of my clients are motivated and capable individuals who appear to be managing well on the outside, yet carry a "heavy load" internally.

I integrate a range of approaches, including person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic techniques, mindfulness-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. This integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment to your needs while honoring your unique traits.

I strive to create an affirming, collaborative, and holistic space where people can be their full selves. Therapy with me is not about "fixing you." Instead, we work collaboratively to clarify what matters most to you, identify barriers to living in alignment with those values, and develop effective strategies to manage life's stressors.
