For those who desire it, I also provide Christian counseling that integrates biblical truth with evidence-based care.
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Some modalities I draw from are CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Brainspotting. I have training in eating disorders and body image concerns. I tailor therapy to support emotional health, personal growth, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
