This is a small-group virtual meeting to learn and practice ERP. Come to receive social support while you learn more about OCD and ERP treatment. Learn to identify triggers, rate your emotions and resist compulsions. You can use this group to supplement your individual therapy or to maintain your progress from previous therapy. Mohogany Hearts: Healing the Mother Wound

This is a small healing circle for Black women who grew up with an abusive, neglectful, absent or emotionally unavailable mother. This could be due to substance use, mental illness or any other reason. We will meet once a week at a time that works well for the group. The circle will cover: emotional self-soothing, self-validation, identifying the "mother wound" in other relationships and improving your relationship with your mother (living or in spirit form). Group members will receive a discount on individual sessions.
