Welcome. I believe therapy is an avenue of exploration that holds potential for individual and collective growth. I offer an integrated, holistic approach as a somatic psychotherapist. As a healing centered therapist, I am committed to providing a space that values and honors the ways each of us have learned to survive while believing in each person’s right and ability to thrive. Whether you are interested in healing past wounds/trauma, working with your relationship to self and others, managing depression or anxiety, or increasing your capacity for aliveness, I will support your goals with curiosity and compassion.
My experience as a therapist, somatic practitioner, and bodyworker supports the integration of body and mind while we work together. I weave relational and attachment frameworks while attending to the nervous system. I specialize in Somatic Experiencing a gentle, psychobiological approach to healing trauma and chronic stress.
I hold a deep awareness of the impact of oppression on the individual and collective and commit to a practice that is open and respectful to all identities and experiences. I have extensive experience and enjoy working with LGBQ, TGNC individuals and survivors of trauma and prioritize space for these clients within my practice. I look forward to connecting.
