As a Licensed Psychological Practitioner, I use telehealth and in person therapy formats to treat adults. I have extensive experience treating individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, PTSD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (such as trichotillomania), hoarding, and other anxiety-related disorders. I employ a values-based approach that often includes humor, music, and connecting with community and people. Exposure/Ritual Prevention therapy in particular will include experiencing aversive and unpleasant thoughts and feelings and learning skills to tolerate them to improve overall quality of life.
I am co-owner of Reclaim Wellness Group specializing in the treatment of adults with OCD and other anxiety-related issues. This primarily includes Exposure/Ritual Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Habit Reversal Training (HRT) with trichotillomania and other body-focused repetitive behaviors.
