As a Licensed Psychological Practitioner, I use telehealth and in person therapy formats to treat adults. I have treated many individuals with sexual and physical abuse histories as well as other forms of trauma. I have also worked in the prison system treating male and female sex offenders. I also have extensive experience treating individuals with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I have also worked with individuals with a TBI and assisted them with navigating their new reality. Most recently, I have treated individuals with OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors, such as trichotillomania.
I predominantly employ cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) in the treatment of adults with depression and anxiety related issues. This also includes utilizing exposure/ritual prevention (ERP) for those with ERP and habit reversal training (HRT) with trichotillomania and other body-focused repetitive behaviors.
I am currently working in a practice with other competent clinicians specializing in treating OCD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, eating disorders, and phobias as well as other issues. I am able to treat people in person as well as online.
