Hi, I am Sara, A Marriage and Family Therapist located in the Northwest region of Philadelphia. I am here to help guide individuals in building firm boundaries, developing confidence, seeking emotional healing, and restoring relationships. I have learned the power of navigating obstacles to find meaning and awareness of the true self. While individuals continue to ponder and remain in unhealthy patterns, I help break those patterns to foster healthier interactions with the people we encounter every day.
My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a framework that helps clients build deeper self-awareness, establish healthy boundaries, and foster meaningful, respectful connections with others.
