Please note: I am on a waitlist for therapy. However, I am accepting appointments for assessments on a rolling basis. As a Master's level clinician (LCMHCS), I specialize in neuropsychiatric disorders, including ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, and Anxiety. In addition, I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced life-changing diagnoses, ranging from brain and spinal cord injuries to terminal illnesses. My personalized approach targets each client's unique concerns, and I collaborate with other providers as needed.
I utilize an Integrative approach to psychotherapy, primarily working from a Cognitive Behavioral framework and integrating concepts from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Adlerian Psychology. I completed training courses from the Beck Institute and Psychopharmacology and Neuropsychiatric Comprehensive Update courses from Harvard Medical School.
I guide clients through the therapeutic process to create a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. Therapy can be challenging, but it can also be life-changing with the right support.
