I mostly utilize an approach based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on thoughts in order to alter feelings and behavior. I apply these techniques to both individuals and couples. When working with couples, my focus and strength is on helping to develop an understanding of one another's needs, and improving effective communication.
