If you feel like this process is a little daunting, I am here to say, it is okay to feel that way, and I am here to make it all a little more manageable for you. Not only are you not alone, but you are also stronger than you know! Working through past traumas, current stressors, or future unknowns can seem overwhelming and exhausting before you even start. Just know, that your well-being in navigating all this big “stuff” is my number one priority.
I have experience working with every age, and with such issues as depression; anxiety; suicidal ideations; PTSD; communication inadequacies; issues in relationships; life transitions; generational dysfunction; and more. I use a multitude of theories and techniques such as coping skills; humour; unconditional positive regard; future work; mindfulness & EMDR.
Therapy is not always easy, but it is worth it, because you are worth it! Never forget that.
