I treat teens and adults, ages 14+. Main focuses are depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship troubles, self-harm, self-esteem, and a variety of other symptoms. I address all symptoms and struggles with a trauma-informed approach. I'm an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) clinician and Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained as well.
