English
| Español I help adults identify and heal childhood trauma that may be contributing to feeling stuck or difficulties in relationships and life. By improving interpersonal skills and social functioning, I support people in enhancing their emotional well-being and relationships. I also have a deep passion for working with children and families to address trauma early in life. I love coaching parents and caregivers to strengthen emotional connections with their children, and supporting young mothers and their infants. My work often focuses on the roots of trauma, including those embedded in intergenerational patterns and narratives.
My other specialties include anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, social skills training, parenting concerns, life transitions, attachment issues, family conflict, relationships and marriage, abuse, spirituality, and multicultural concerns. I am looking forward to working together.
It's easy to convince ourselves that we don't need therapy: "I can do it on my own", I don't have time for it", "people are going to think I am crazy." But you were never meant to carry life alone.
It’s my goal to be a listener when you need to be heard, a coach when you need guidance, and a cheerleader as you achieve your goals. I'm excited to meet you.
