Parenting Support Groups - Rooted in the Chakras
As needed, Sara holds groups to support parents in all phases of their parenting journey. Current groups utilize a developmental model reflecting the chakra system, moving from grounded support to spiritual growth. The group helps parents to focus on different spaces from which to focus on their parenting, as well as their experiences of being parented. The group members also support each other. Parents are guided as to how to parent from a safe and grounded space. Arts and somatic practices are used in this group, as participants feel comfortable. No experience is necessary.
