I work with those who are seeking to understand themselves better, and find relief from depression, anxiety, trauma. It can be hard knowing you want to change, and yet not knowing where to begin. I'm here to help guide you to a space where life can feel full and empowering. Where you can feel reconnected, holding deep and meaningful connections with yourself and others in your life. To be released from the grip of trauma, depression, and anxiety. My efforts are to help my clients live a life of balance, to feel free from the all that has weighed you down.
My specialty is working with the symptoms of Trauma. I am trained in EMDR, PIT (The Meadows Model), and Somatic Experiencing. I have had the honor of working and training at The Meadows, a world renowned treatment center. Training with pioneers of trauma resolution such as Peter Levine, PhD, Tian Dayton PhD, and Richard Schwartz, PhD, Laurence Heller, PhD.
I whole heartedly believe each person has an inherent capacity to heal the wounds of their past. With willingness to change, curiosity, and a safe space I have witnessed my clients transform. Therapy is a collaborative process, together we explore what you want most for yourself which allows us to work through what's getting in the way.
