I'm Sara Trosty Walsh, LCSW, Founder and Clinical Director of Wellness Counseling Group. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Work, I bring more than 30 years of clinical experience helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most difficult challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals and families facing cancer, chronic illness, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. As a two-time cancer survivor, I offer both clinical expertise and a deeply personal understanding of the emotional impact of diagnosis, treatment, uncertainty, caregiving, and survivorship.

Prior to founding Wellness Counseling Group, I served as Florida Program Coordinator for Sharsheret, a national nonprofit organization supporting women and families facing breast and ovarian cancer. This experience further strengthened my commitment to helping patients, survivors, caregivers, and families navigate the complex emotional realities of serious.
