I work collaboratively with those who are deeply curious about themselves and motivated to make deep, lasting change. My practice is LGBTQ-affirming and my specialties include depression, trauma, chronic pain and illness, childhood emotional neglect, and grief. I work with people who have endured and overcome all kinds of stressful life events and a wide range of challenges. I am skilled in supporting teens and adults in all life stages who value living the examined life. Clients who seek me out are tired of repeating patterns and are ready for something new to emerge for themselves and their relationships.
My approach addresses the root cause of mental and emotional suffering through greater insight and processing stuck emotions. I highly value humility, kindness, patience, and curiosity in this work. My commitment to you is providing a space free of judgment where you can speak freely and openly and say the things that are the most difficult to say aloud.
