I have extensive experience working with people struggling with the impact of trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, religious trauma, moral injury, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, relationship distress and more. I see adults, 18 and older. I am currently seeing individuals via telehealth and in person sessions in Utah County.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology as well as my Master’s of Social Work from Utah State University. I have over twenty years of experience working in the mental health field. I am certified as an EMDR provider, and have also been trained in ACT and CBT modalities.
I enjoy getting to know people on a deeper level and discovering who they are. I believe healing happens when we challenge the beliefs that stop us from living our lives authentically. I hope to help individuals discover their authentic selves.
