Dr. Sara Tawil's Groups
Self-Directed Healing Group Therapy
The Self-Directed Healing Book Club is a self-development and inner-work group dedicated to providing a safe space for people to explore and share their inner realms of experience. This focus helps nurture our inner child, which is a technique for addressing unmet needs and healing attachment wounds. In this group, we process our experiences in a non-judgmental setting and harness our inner resources to help us move toward healing and wholeness. Join us to enjoy the vistas of self-understanding!
Social Skills Group Therapy
Group therapy is available to students in middle and high school. Participants with similar challenges work together in a group setting to learn and practice interpersonal skills under my supervision and direction. Groups work on increasing social confidence, communication skills, and comfort with emotional connection.
Anger Management Group
The Anger Management Group focuses on helping individuals learn tools for managing their anger healthily. We provide participants with education regarding anger and specific tools to be used to better manage angry emotions.
