At the core of Collaborative Care Network we are built on a humanistic approach to understanding mental health needs. We are real people looking to compassionately serve others through the exchange of real life experiences. Often times we find ourselves struggling to balance life, find time for ourselves, our children and other areas of our lives that require our presence. We find ourselves pouring into others but not in ourselves. Collaborative Care Network is here to support clients in finding ways to fill ourselves spiritually, emotionally, and in our day to day tasks.
Collaborative Care Network is here to support children, adolescent, young adults and mothers (in any stage of motherhood you may find yourself). We offer support in a diverse spectrum of challenges and needs such as anxiety, depression, adjustment/transitional periods, church wounds, postpartum anxiety, and PTSD.
We are here to support you in whatever stage of life you may find yourself without judgement. Rather, to provide a safe space to let go and find accountability when needed in the current season that you are in. We look forward to compassionately serving you.
