It can be exhausting as a parent seeing your child suffering and feeling like you just don’t know what to do or say. I am a licensed clinician and registered play therapist who works with children, teens, parents, & adults. I have advanced training with children and teens to improve their mood, cope with anxiety and stressors, increase emotional regulation, and building their self-esteem. I also partner with parents to provide support for challenges they are facing.
