My focus is helping folks navigate anxiety, the unique weight of first responder life (and its impact on families), and adoptee trauma. We’ll look at the roots of cumulative stress and self-medication. I tailor evidence-based tools to your life so you can build resilience, find some breathing room, and create lasting change on your own terms.
