My goal is to create this for all clients and to assist clients on their personal journey of self-discovery and healing by treating each person as an unique individual and addressing their needs accordingly.
I work with individuals; adults, teens, and children. I work with couples and families in improving positive relations and communication. I specialize in trauma work, depression, anxiety, and increasing feelings of self-worth. I am trained in EMDR therapy, a very powerful tool I utilize to assist in reprocessing negative core beliefs and accelerate healing.
