I believe that therapy is a journey to healing and becoming the best version of yourself. I meet you where you are, and walk with you to where you would like to be. Life can be hard to navigate, but I truly believe that we all have the inherent strength and resilience to grow and change. I provide therapy to individuals and couples who feel “stuck” in their current situation. I work with clients to identify issues, and to create lasting change. I want all of my clients to feel safe and truly heard without the fear of judgement and shame.
I specialize in working with substance abuse, self esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I use a blend of therapeutic modalities, including, Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, and mindfulness approaches, depending on the needs of each individual.
I have worked in the field of substance abuse, and I have experience working with Veterans and first responders. I am certified in premarital and marital counseling, and trained in Experiential Therapy. I would love to hear from you to see if I would be a good fit for you, and your needs.
