English
| español Welcome! I aim to create a supportive space to partner with clients in their healing process. I have over a decade of experience working with adult and youth trauma survivors and their loved ones. I partner with folks seeking support with trauma recovery, anxiety, parenting, reproductive health (pregnancy, abortion, loss, etc), adoption/fostercare, grief, burnout, compassion fatigue, and/or identity exploration. I am a White, straight, cisgender mother who is dedicated to personal and collective liberation from White supremacy, capitalism, and patriarchy.
I have specialized training in a variety of evidence-based trauma, grief, anxiety, and attachment treatments. Mindful-self compassion, embodiment, Health At Every Size (HAES), and feminist practices inform my therapeutic approach. It is my honor to offer therapy in English and Spanish.
